ROLE SUMMARY
Member of the Americas Master Data team responsible for the creation and accuracy of data across all the Pfizer Supply Chain Systems (SAP, ECC, APO, IBP, MDG, EAH).
Key responsibilities include:
- Master data lifecycle management
- Design, build, and implement proactive audit process to identify and resolve outliers
- Lead knowledge sharing session as Subject Matter Expert for team
- Identify continuous improvements by partnering with several key stakeholders
- Support or lead the implementation of continuous improvement plans
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Data Management
- Collaborate with a large group of stakeholders from Americas supply chain to assure master data related activities are completed on time
- Troubleshoot errors that could impact product supply or performance and serve as a first point of escalation
- Proactively design, build, and implement audit processes to identify master data outliers and assist in resolution
- Primary Interface with Global Master data teams to assure process are implemented in region
- Maintain works instructions for key master data related processes
- Coordinate and track the completion of multiple assigned initiatives
Continuous Improvement
- Shared accountability with Team Coach to identify and support ways to expedite and improve Master Data processes
- Shared accountability with Master Data Team Coach to lead projects related to continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead knowledge sharing session to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the IMEx standard work and visual management initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- Relevant experience required in Supply Chain Planning and Logistics management systems, ideally in pharmaceutical industry or other industries where it is required to align with Supply Planning, Finance, Demand Management, and Business Technology.
- 3- 5 years of relevant experience for supply chain analyst or related work.
Language requirement
- Strong English skills required
- Intermediate Portuguese preferred
Technical skills valued:
- Experience with ERP systems and Business technology (E.g.
SAP APO, Business Intelligence tools, MS Excel, database management)
- Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
- Advance Excel knowledge
- Microsoft Analysis for Office preferred.
