The Marketing Trainee will work closely, supporting several actions and projects while learning by:
- Collaborate in the creation and follow up of purchase orders
- Support BAL with follow up with media agencies, design agencies, creating materials
- Support the Brand Activation Lead with internal communication of plans, projects and news among the Key Account Managers of each market.
- Closely work with BAL team with the markets to understand insights, opportunities and risks and develop competitive ideas upon them.
- Help in the submission of materials for internal and external approval, in line with the process standard operating processes.
- Collaborate in the follow up of the external approval of materials and proper handling of materials once approved: communicate the correct people, provide materials in high resolution and save the material in the repository.
- Support in the creation, update and changes of the brands website, social media and digital assets.
- Support in the launch of new products and or brands in the markets
- Improve the ways of working while in compliance with all the GSK policies.
- Assure that all actions needed from the marketing team are deliver on time; assuring quality in all procedures and tasks.
¿Why you?
Your qualifications:
- Active university estudent in, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration (sales or Marketing) or similar careers.
- Advanced level English proficiency.
- Knowledge in computer packages: MS Office / Excel (basic formulas), Outlook (intermediate) and Power Point (how to do presentations)
- Canva and similar tools knowledge is a plus.
- Good organizational skills, ability to manage workload to ensure all key deadlines are met.
- Customer service focused and very good communication skills.
- Problem solving and a growth mindset.
- Ability to develop new skills and opportunities through lateral, geographical, or functional moves.
