**About the position**:
Netskope is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist, who will help drive operational excellence for and with the Marketing organization. This role will design and support critical business processes, manage data and data flows impacting demand generation and prospecting, support the marketing automation platform and technology stack, and be a business administrator for key systems such as: Marketo, Groove, 6sense, and Zoominfo.
We are looking for a self-starter with proven ability to deliver results. This position will work with global stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, GTM Strategy, Operations and Enablement (GSOE), Finance, and Corporate Engineering. We are a global organization so having experience working across time zones is essential.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build and revise business processes, including lead routing, data flows across systems, system integration improvements working with the GTM systems team, and increase adoption and usage of existing marketing technology stack
- Provide operational support for the Marketing organization across GTM systems, operational processes, and data
- Act as the systems administrator for Marketing systems and tools
- Support the lead routing process and address user questions/issues
- Work across the Marketing Operations team to create business cadences to report on and track Marketing activities, pipeline generation, and funnel metrics
- Manage, improve, and enhance the marketing technology stack, marketing automation platform (Marketo), data subscriptions, and lead/contact database. Evaluate and pilot new approaches, tools, vendors, and services
- Document and maintain business processes, policies, procedures and process flows using tools such as Confluence and Lucid Charts, creating a library for reference
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of work experience in a marketing operations role, with a strong background in marketing technology and marketing automation using cloud technologies
- Experience using data and metrics to drive operational improvements
- Experience in Marketo, Salesforce, and Marketing Technologies
- Experience with data management, KPI analysis, and management information systems
- Understanding of marketing data and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR)
- Proven capability to collaborate well with others to meet stated deadlines

- Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to create clarity; proven documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and analytical/problem solving skills; the ability to combine balanced qualitative analysis with proven understanding of strategy, interpersonal, and technical competencies
- Ability to multitask and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), specific to work efforts
- Proven ability to meet timelines and deliver business results
