Work in line with International/Corporate marketing strategies to plan, schedule & execute operation marketing plans. Focus on product positioning, market penetration, product launches, training, and forecasting against market & sales plans.
Lead the strategic planning efforts, working in partnership with the senior executive team, to develop a fully detailed region Business Strategy to include stated objectives and action plans, inclusive of the market mapping, identifying potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities.
Lead the Value Proposition for Central America.
Understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We're looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who's eager to do this and more.
The manager should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or Business Administration. Experience of 5-10 years in marketing areas.- Experience in managing P&L, structured analysis, and reporting. Management of direct or indirect people in projects, and field work.- General knowledge in other related disciplines, business unit function, and cross-group dependencies/relationships.- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.- Understand the Forecasting process.- Knowledge of the Demand generation process.- Others: Excel, Sales Force Tableau.- English B2.- Leadership- Communication- Sales skills.Emotional intelligence
**Preferred Qualifications**
