**Scope**
Reporting to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this role is an integral part of our world-class People Team.
As we work together to enhance the way we do business, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the company including engineering, professional services, customer support, and G&A functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive operational capability and delivery across a geographically dispersed team
- You will have global scope for all things related to Talent Acquisition Operations, including, but not limited to (process, tools/ system, support, documentation, policies, compliance, training, agency, and hiring manager SLAs)
- Manage and foster college/university relations
- Deliver against hiring goals and achieve consistent results
- Design, configure, implement, and streamline business process workflows to support a rapidly scaling organization

Data and process are your friends, and you are comfortable navigating Excel documents, and you are able to work with and report on data

- Discretion - you know how to maintain confidentiality but also recognize what needs to be escalated

**Qualifications**
- Possess and embody Wind River's culture and values and establish a reputation of high integrity, top performance, agility, and a sense of urgency
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools—Jobvite experience preferred
- 5 years of experience in recruitment and HR work in a tech or product company.
