**Product Manager, Account Payout Network - Santa Ana, Costa Rica**

We are looking for someone who will play a crucial role in understanding Western Union customer needs and external partner capabilities to deliver the best-in-class service solution. This is a role where marketing and technology meet to have a unique experience working with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Analyzing Account Payout Network competitive landscape, product capabilities, identifying product gaps and opportunities and improvement strategy
- Planning, orchestrating, and driving the implementation of key projects which enhance service quality and deliver transformative changes.
- Post project release, you will compile relevant reports and post-rollout reviews to conduct and maintain a detailed product performance review and its possible improvements.
- Working with external global partners mostly from Latin and Central America, and cross-functional internal teams from India, US, Costa Rica, and Lithuania.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field of studies.
- Both English and Spanish communication and presentation skills. Including experience translating technical terms to non-technical audiences and non-technical requirements to technical terms.
- Proven experience managing projects in an agile and multicultural environment.
- Proven sharp analytical and problem-solving skills are required. As well as influencing experience.
- Experience creating and analyzing competitive analysis for existing and new products.
