We are searching for a driven and dynamic FP&A Manager with excellent communication and presentation skills and a passion for data, analytics and problem solving.
- The FP&A team supports the CFO and MA's Executive Leadership Team in strategy, budgeting, forecasting and decision support.
- ** Functional Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop a high performing finance team
- Prepare analyses to support monthly/quarterly forecast and annual business planning processes.
- Distill data into a compelling and coherent story
- Create clear compelling executive narratives to business and finance management
- Improve reporting capabilities and standardize monthly reporting packages by leveraging Power BI and other technology tools
- Oversee the annual planning and quarterly forecast processes
- ** Scope/Supervision and Interaction**:
- Supervises two Financial Analysts
- Interaction with Business and Corporate Planning colleagues, Accounting, Treasury, HR, and business line representatives
- 5+ years experience in finance or finance related field
- Strong management experience, preferably with leading a corporate FP&A team
- Experience working with Hyperion and Power BI
- Skilled presentation designer with experience in data visualization
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline or progress toward equivalent accountancy qualification
- ** Key Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
