Ecolab is seeking a **Team Leader** to be a self-directed achiever with the mainly initial responsibility from the requirement of the exporting plant to position equipment for export to delivery in the yards of the first delivery point at the destination.

The operations that are handled today are:
a) Import of Finished Product to Latin American countries

b) Exports to countries outside Latin America

c) Import of Raw Material

**What You Will Do**
- Manage daily iTrade operations (Caribbean) to ensure containers are delivered vs. expectations
- Only contact in iTrade for Planning/BU
- 3PL´s basic development
- Constantly look for opportunities to make more efficient their operation (lead time / cost)
- Ensure In-Process measures are in line with agreements
- Participate in new initiatives plans and/or new supply lanes

**Position Details**

- On site location: Coyol, Alajuela

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Customs
- 2+ years of previous supply chain or manufacturing experience
- Advanced English
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Passport and U.S. Visa - up to date
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in Power BI (highly desired)

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1-2 years network analysis experience in a high-SKU logistics network with inventory deployment flow.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and MS Access
- Experience and proficiency with SAP and/or WMS/TMS systems
