The accounting lead is a key member of the RTR Team, reporting directly to the Collections Manager. The person in this role is responsible for being the first escalation point of contact for internal and external customers and tracking, evaluating and correcting the operational performance of RTR team.

**What you will do**
**Essential duties & responsibilities**:
- Manage analysis of balance sheet and P&L transactions.
- Approve Account Reconciliations and journal entries
- Working closely with Supervisor and Associate manager to drive process improvement
- Strive for cross-functional alignment to achieve End-To-End Process Harmonization
- Monitoring and optimization of business processes with regards to efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain business partnerships with other client departments, locations and regions, and internal customers/suppliers.
- Support the accountants and senior accountants' positions in the team by promoting a team environment and provide work direction and guidance.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
**What you need**:
**Education & special trainings**:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in the English language
- Computer Literacy: MS Office, particularly Excel
- ERP System (SAP, Oracle or QAD)
**Qualifications & experience**:
- 4-5 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems
- Experience of working in a shared service center across a global /large organization will be an added advantage
