**Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate implementation team to document and analyze country and cluster projects for LRR transformation, including current state of process flows, technology tools, data assessment and regulatory requirements.
- Support the rollout of LRR transformation for Latin America countries, driving efficiencies and the adoption of best practices for standardization of local regulatory reporting
- Responsible for analyzing complex finance processes to suggest and implement reengineering projects
- Interpret and adopt global guidelines to country context, generating meaningful and cost effective solutions for the country.
- To lead and facilitate data transformation-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working
- To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
- To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects
- Use effective communication to present to senior management and collaborate with other departments / teams in order to implement reporting regulatory solutions, as well as drive the change control process.
- Work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic plans
- Assist with the implementation of policies and procedures
- Has the ability to work with a limited level of direct supervision and remotely.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
**Qualifications**:
- +7 years of experience in Financial Services, Improvement, Engineering, implementations, Accounting or similar
- Project Management experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Access, Knime and RPA solutions
- Lean certification is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in financial projects implementation in a Bank
- Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills
- Manage of Advanced Microsoft Project, Power Point and Excel
- Advance English (Oral and Written)
- Presentation skills to all levels (executive, operational, working sessions, etc)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master's degree is a plus
