The role may support various front end/back-end activities which may include but are not limited to creation, maintenance and publication of operational and Business Intelligence reports to generate insights, coordinate/support business reviews and perform and deliver market analysis.
The contract is initially for 12 months and may be extended upon mutual agreement.
Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
- Support LATAM operations manager on driving country Key Performance Indicator process including planning and target setting, reporting through dashboards, tracking trends, forecast analysis and opportunity identification, driving results and process improvements.
- Interact with our field sales team to get insights on business results or trends for current year and beyond.
- Drive process discipline (example sales CRM)
- Strong analytics: Accurately gathers, verifies, and manipulates data in a timely manner.
- Detail and process orientation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Identifies problems and root causes, improves things that're not working.
- Works well and collaborates with others to achieve quality results
This role is eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Advanced English level.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Experience with Power BI or any Data visualization or analytics tools.
- Experience in working with data management and reporting activities (Pivot Tables, Excel Formulas).
