About Fragomen's Knowledge Group:
Fragomen's dedicated Knowledge Group is responsible for the collection, organization and maintenance of Fragomen's firmwide knowledge. The team is composed of seasoned lawyers and immigration professionals around the world who monitor and offer advice on legislative changes in immigration. The team also keeps the Firm's clients informed through timely and frequent alerts and continuously prepare Fragomen's internal teams to provide optimal client service in today's complex and rapidly changing immigration landscape.
Fragomen's Knowledge Group is seeking a Knowledge Coordinator whose primary responsibility will be to support the Group's change control and information management functions through administrative, data entry and billing tasks.
As a Knowledge Coordinator, you would:
- Provide administrative support for content maintenance and procedures associated with various Knowledge products and platforms, including our business travel assessment tools, the Fragomen Way, SharePoint workspaces and the Knowledge Center.
- Be responsible for the Group's billing tasks using the Firm's proprietary case-management and billing platform, including creating bill items; raising invoices for clients; and generating reports on the group's billing activities.
- Perform quality assurance for optimal user experience to content across digital platforms, including our SharePoint Online-hosted intranet - the Fragomen Way - and other proprietary software platforms, by ensuring that page content meets standards for content display and functionality and validating page elements such as links, videos, images, and page layouts.
- Provide support and ideas to improve content development processes and help mitigate errors and inconsistencies.

- 2+ year experience in a relevant field
- Ability to work independently, as a member of a team and under supervision
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
- Strong organization skills to efficiently manage priorities and respond to urgent requests
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills a must
- Experience with content management systems and digital platforms
- Experience with billing processes and practices are a plus, particularly experience within a law firm
- Familiarity with immigration topics preferred
