** Your Role**: This role provides support to Local Finance Manager related to Payroll and P&L Management.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- + Guarantee correct payment of payroll and booking.
+ Prepare reports to accounting MVD team.
+ Optimization the process for payroll.
+ Training GS Team to use the payroll system in the better way.
+ Governance: guarantee correct monthly provision and provision balance.
+ Analysis of the payroll impact on the result and look for opportunities to reduce cost.
+ Automatization of process.
+ Support Local Finance in Cost control and price per FTE.
+ Support Working Capital team with supplier payment.
+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm (Off Saturday and Sunday) 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related.
+ At least one year of experience in Payroll and Finance.
+ Experience working with ERP Exactus.
+ Intermediate English level - written and oral.
+ Advanced Excel.
+ Process oriented person (six sigma is a plus).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
