Exports Specialist

Team Overview and Job responsibilities Prysmian is looking for an Exports Specialist to support our Foreign Trade team based in Heredia, Costa Rica.
In this position you will be responsible to carry out and coordinate the different administrative procedures before customs, logistics operators and state institutions to comply with the requirements established to export the company's products to the different customers abroad.Job responsibilities:Ensure that the company's international logistics processes comply with regulatory provisions at the level of customs, international trade, and internal policies.Ensure to comply shipping plan and responsible for containers and trucks arrival on time to the warehouse.Coordinate export documentation with customs agency and shipping companiesTrack exports in transit, notify customers of shipments, and ensure delivery on time.Review expenses on export logistics services and ensure efficiency and savings in the logistics costs.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in logistics, customs, foreign trade, business administration or related field.
Or advanced student in related area2+ years of experience including experience in exports coordination or exports logistics.Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.Analytical skills and able to follow up on important data details.Able to communicate and make presentations to senior levels.Results oriented and self-starter person.Highly dynamic and oriented to operational work,Intermediate to advance English level.Microsoft Office proficient.Advanced knowledge onCustoms regulationsFree Trade Agreements or related.Incoterms.Manufacturing Industry experience.SAP ERP experienceExperience with Business Intelligence Tools (Microsoft Power Query, MS)Your application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
