** Your Role **:Air Logistics Specialist Quick support local team and USA control towers to confirm priority packages information within logistics chain.
** Your Responsibilities**:
+ Update milestones information within QuickTRACK system.
+ Request package information to vendors and/or carriers, mostly by calls or internet tracking.
+ Answer internal customer questions.
+ Follow up issues and escalate accordingly.
+ Work closely with superiors and teammates to deliver high level of service to our customers.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

The schedule we offer:
Friday to Tuesday 3:00pm -11:00pm (Off Wednesday and Thursday)

**Your Skills and Experiences**:
+ High school diploma.
+ Advanced English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Ability to work with demanding deadlines.
+ Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Detail oriented.
+ Team work.
+ Effective communicator.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Eager to challenges and learn a new process.
