** Your Role**: The TCH specialist aims to centralize the task of issuing payment to carriers for terminal handling and storage charges. It will also cover the various communication and engagement channels to be established for this purpose.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**: + High school diploma.

+ A career in logistics or related experience is a plus.

+ Advanced English level - written and oral.

+ Intermediate Excel level.

+ Typing skills (25wpm).

+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.

+ Quality oriented.

+ Team Player.
