** Your Role**: The main responsibility of the PSF Specialist is to complete the import file with all the necessary information to continue the process and create all the subtasks necessary to meet the customer's requirements and also the government requirements. During this process, we assign the services that the client is paying for and ensure that the correct information is assigned so that the revenue is allocated to the correct office for US, MX and CA.
** Your Responsibilities**:
+ Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
+ The schedule we offer: Monday to Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm 100% on-site

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + High school diploma.
+ A career in logistics or related experience is a plus.
+ Intermediate English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (25wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Team Player.
