The **Key Customer Development Manager HC** is responsible for managing the partnership with Walmart Central America on its assigned business division and achievement of sales, profitability targets and building mutual business in medium - short term. Align company's customer development, 5p's, category, brand and customer's strategies and implement in each Retail Environment, implement planning process, coordinate execution efforts on Hub and Subs.
**What you will do**
- Propose, manage and achieve objectives (within local Go-to-Market, Customer Development and Global Customer strategy framework) to grow competitively, profitably, by ensuring that customers and consumers obtain the best option to satisfy their needs within Retail environments.
- Interacts proficiently with internal and external collaborators to align strategy and goals with Marketing, Retail Marketing, logistics and other Hub functions to implement initiatives in each Retail Environment in a way that matches Walmart's strategy.
- Coordinate with countries' DT Team Leaders and their teams in each country, to obtain a clear understanding of opportunities (5P's) while balancing the regional and local landscape and exploit them.
- Develop and negotiate Omnichannel commercial plans (Promotional commercial process, innovation, 5p's, customer marketing strategies, price increases) on targeted Retail Environment while aligning or adjusting internal planning, approval and supplying processes to "win at the shelf" and evaluate the financial performance. Also lead new products creation process and support negotiation and implementation with customer to assure 5Ps at POS.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
- Advanced English level
- At least 3 years managing customers as local Key Customer Development Manager or Team Leader
- Category Management Process
- Negotiation skills
- Data analysis for decision making and creation of plans.
- Advance presentation skills.
- Advance Excel
- Google Tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's Degree
- At least 3 years managing WM account as local Key Customer Developoment Manager or Team Leader
