The person in this position needs to have excellent Customer service and focus to answer all the inquiries under his/her responsibility. It is a requirement that the person must be organized, proactive, analytical and be able to work under pressure. Needs to have passion for operational productive work in a high-performance environment. The individual should have eagerness to learn, analysis capacity, ability to work under pressure and being "team" minded are essential; It is important for this person to develop good relations within the team. It's also required to have good communication and full command of the English language to provide the best support.
- Responsible and held accountable for GPO roster maintenance.
- Analyze and maintain 340B program eligibility requests.
- Contracts connections as per requests.
- TCEA order placement
- Proceed with line hold process to clear lines as per month close activities.
- 340B audit process
- Process and maintain multiple team mailboxes through Outlook.
- Properly and timely follow up on requests sent by the different groups/businesses.
- Keep an open communication (verbal and written) the Team Members as well with the leadership team.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.
- Support as backup for any other activity required in the team, based on previous training plans, by the Supervisor
- Creator and maintenance of SOP processes documentation and continuously provide updates based on research and experience and process changes.
- Liaison with Audit to provide support on internal and external audits requests and work preveniently on the SOX controls.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service to all internal/external customers.
- Assists and Provides training to internal or external employees as needed.
- Keeps close monitor of the Metrics to ensure the KPIs are meet.
**Requirements**:
- 6-12 months of experience.
- Technical School Degree or University Studies.
- Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications
- Fully bilingual (English / Spanish) as a requirement. B2 required.
- Excel proficiency (Intermediate/Advanced)
