It Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and supervise IT Projects
- Meet with clients to gather needs and write Proposals
- Manage projects and deliverables related to IT systems development, maintenance, and deployment
- Order Equipment for projects
- Interview and hire techs for projects
- Monitor performance against company standards and best practices
- Assist with training new employees on company policies, procedures, and technology
- Assist with creating an employee training program to ensure all employees are up to date on company policies and procedures
- Work with external partners (such as consultants, vendors, etc.)to ensure that World Network Systems's technology is in compliance with best practices.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
- Experience as an IT manager
- Experience with Cabling and Camera Installations

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ¢20.00 - ¢22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Santa Ana, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- IT Manager: 2 years (required)
- Cabling: 1 year (preferred)
- Camera Installation: 1 year (preferred)
- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
