It Manager

**Responsibilities**- Manage and supervise IT Projects- Meet with clients to gather needs and write Proposals- Manage projects and deliverables related to IT systems development, maintenance, and deployment- Order Equipment for projects- Interview and hire techs for projects- Monitor performance against company standards and best practices- Assist with training new employees on company policies, procedures, and technology- Assist with creating an employee training program to ensure all employees are up to date on company policies and procedures- Work with external partners (such as consultants, vendors, etc.)to ensure that World Network Systems's technology is in compliance with best practices.- Other duties as assigned by management.**Skills & Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field preferred.
