Team Overview and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the It Manager, the position holder will Develop, manage, and support service management best practices. Monitoring SLA performance for compliance with organizational needs and requirements for each area. Facilitating communication between the IT department and its customers.

Main responsibilities
- Act as primary escalation and contact point for all critical incidents
- Provide necessary input to Problem Management to identify trends or possible ways for preventing reoccurrence of a critical incident
- Drive alignment and support process improvements on the critical incident handling process
- Drive updates to SLA's based on changes in operations.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications:

- IT Engineering bachelor´s active student.
- No experience required.
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical, structured and methodological
- A service-minded approach to problem solving
- Reliable personality with good interpersonal skills
- Knowledege on Microsoft windows, share point, teams, and office basic tools.
- Basic english level.
