**What you will do**:
**Payroll related**

Validate personal data for new hires (personal ID, employee ID, position, Salary, etc)

Assign INS position code for each position name / update in case of needed.

Request bank accounts for new hires.

Confirm information with new hires who requested new bank account data

Prepare / update material for onboarding process.

Prepare/update material for training external managers with employees on Costa Rica Site.

Attend frequent questions from new hires trought Payroll shared mailbox.

Add sick leave to ADP (from CCSS).

Add sick leave to ADP (from INS).

Add materity leave to ADP.

Track wellbeing days requested by workstream.

Add PTO - according Stryker Policy.

Extract from ADP time-off detail for all CR employees.

Attend frequent questions regarding time-off exceptions trought payroll shred mailbox.

Prepare Salary letter.

Prepare Schedule confirmation.

Monitor the timecard approval in regular basis by the managers, supervisors and SR Managers.

Attend scorecard questions and general questions regarding the payroll cycle.

Track late timecard approval, missing punches and missing OT.

Review the tracking of payroll exceptions in the toll "Payroll exceptions".

Prepare trainning material regarding "Payroll exceptions".

Prepare and maintenance on SPM deadliness for each payroll cycle.

Prepare and maintain the schedule for Flexi input data with HR.

Prepare the Flexi plus confidential input from HR.

Extract from ADP vacations balance for terminations people.

Track terminations people to prepare "FCL" letter.

Prepare ASOSYK deductons input data for payroll.

Prepare payroll deduction input data.

Prepare payroll deduction input data.

Prepare the Out-of-pocket data input.

Send terminations to people for signing.

Prepare Journal Entry for each payroll cycle.

Prepare terminations Journal Entry.

Prepare Bonus accrual Journal Entry.

Cost Center Detail including new hires and terminations.

Prepare SOX control for approval payroll cycle.

Prepare SOX control for Local compliance.

Prepare SOX control STR ADP exceptions.

Open IT tickets for payroll shared mailbox maintenance.

**Fixed Assets/Accoun**ting related**

Fixed assets physical counts according to Corporate and local regulations.

Execute periodic controls to ensure the Fixed Assets system is accurate and updated.

Coordinate and control fixed asset movements at the office.

Coordinate donation, destruction or recycling of assets respecting the Free Trade Zone (FTZ) requirements.

Manage the local purchase or import processes of Fixed Assets.

Capitalize, dispose or adjust Fixed Assets accounting as required and respecting local and Corporate guidelines.

Support internal, external or government ad-hoc requests or audits related to Fixed Assets.

Maintain enough inventory of assets to supply Internal needs. This includes driving coordination and proper forecast with areas in SSC.

Prepare the reconciliation of all fixed assets and reconciliations of salaries and the government institutions.

Control and monitor recons for all Balance Sheet accounts to guarantee proper balances are reflected
