The incumbent facilitates requirements gathering, structures documentation and presents findings.- This position contributes to IT deliverables and produces simple Agile IT work products. Typical tasks and work products include:- Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process.-- Working with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing.-- Detailed interrogation of Product Owners needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.-- Help perform functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades.-- Perform system troubleshooting in a production support environment.-- Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs).Assist in designing and formulating solutions.The position prefers the following skills:- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and/or Finance.-- 0 to 3 years of relevant prior experience beyond formal education.-- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non- technical team members and Product Owner-- Experience in documenting complex business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios.-- Understanding of key AGILE concepts.-- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
