Supporting Global Onboarding projects related to IT Asset Management
- Coordinating Onboarding projects from an Asset Management point of view
- Analyzing received data
- Normalizing data to fit requirements
- Reviewing data quality and completeness and take necessary corrective actions
- Clarifying any gaps with data suppliers (internal)
- Import data into the IT Asset Management database
- Periodically reviewing and maintaining the onboarding templates
Hardware Asset Management
- Maintaining accurate information in the databases as part of the processes (inventory etc.)
- Augmenting existing data (leasing partner data etc.)
and keeping it current
- Performing data quality reviews and define necessary corrective actions
- Maintaining and improving the existing processes and documentation
Contract Asset Management
- Maintaining accurate information in the databases as part of the processes (inventory etc.)
- Augmenting existing data (leasing partner data etc.)
and keeping it current
- Performing data quality reviews and define necessary corrective actions
- Maintaining and improving the existing processes and documentation
Data Integration Support
- Reviewing the data quality from integration of new data sources (e.g.
Mobile Assets)
IT Asset Management tool
- Periodic reviewing and maintaining core data within the tool
- Periodic reviewing and maintaining of Hardware Asset Models/Templates
Other
- Create and maintain documentation and work instructions
Education / Qualification Requirements of the Role
- Strong analytical skills and 3+ years' experience in the area of IT Asset Management/IT Backoffice Administration
- IT Skill areas should include:
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge (required)
- Microsoft SharePoint knowledge (advantage)
- Microsoft SQL knowledge (advantage)
- IT Asset Management tools knowledge (advantage)
- ServiceNow knowledge (advantage)
- Oracle (advantage)
- An effective communicator
- Good written communication skill - Good documentation & procedure writing skill
- Strong, demonstrable Customer focus
- Strong analytical capabilities and good problem solving skill
- Language knowledge:
- Fluent in English (speaking / reading / writing)
- Other languages (advantage)
