**Job Purpose**:
DHL is hiring an Intern Payroll Analyst to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, you will give support to other areas with useful costs information, budget and estimations related with personal expenses.
A payroll analyst has the responsibility to manage all the payroll process, so might be very careful, practical and analytical person. This position support duties of employees, due to the person need to have a high customer service. This position has to bring payroll information included in internal and external reports. Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:
**Your Tasks**:
- Enter data for new hires and executing changes in the employees master data.
- Payroll calculations.
- Executing internal audits.
- Generating different reports to other departments internally.
- Ability to handle accounting matters.
- Performing other duties and work on special projects as assigned.
**Your Profile**:
- Advance studies in Accounting or Business Administration.
- English language (90% or higher)
- Proficiency with Excel tools.
- Strong research skills required.
- Ability to think strategically, make recommendations.
- Culture awareness.
- Possess strong attention to detail, organizational and planning skills.
- A high degree of confidentiality.
