**Role Summary**
Internal Communications Strategist Are you a project manager at heart, someone who focuses on stakeholder management, setting expectations, delivering results and measuring the impact of your work? The Role: The Internal Communication Strategist is responsible for delivering corporate messaging to employees from intake, to launch, to measuring the efficacy of communications afterward. You make sure the message has the right tone, goes out through the right channel, and reaches the right audience at the right time for maximum results.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinates with stakeholders to understand desired outcomes, proposes a communications solution based on best practices, and executes on messaging
- Builds strong relationships with requesters including project managers, IT, Operations and senior leadership
- Ensures that all content created are grammatically correct, structurally sound, meets business needs, and aligns with Brand Voice/Guidelines
- Works with other team members on peer reviews, edits, and proofreading all content created by the Communications and Engagement team.
- Prioritizes requests based on business impact and meets deadlines
- Creates engaging digital content including flyers and videos using Experian brand elements and brand guidelines
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Fluent in both written and spoken English at a professional level
- Strong understanding of formal English grammatical structure and spelling
- Extensive experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Associates degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, etc. or 2+ years of professional communication experience
- History of working within an established corporate brand (Preferred Qualification)
- Experience creating and editing video content (Preferred Qualification)
