**Job Purpose**:
Are you a skilled salesperson who thrives on daily interactions with a diverse client base? TD SYNNEX invites you to join us as an
**Inside Account Representative**, where your expertise will drive results and deliver exceptional customer service to our partners. In this role, you will focus on specific, identified accounts, proactively working to enhance revenues/margins and contribute to organizational profitability. As a seasoned professional, you'll handle complex customer issues and elevate your sales career to new heights.

**What You'll Do**:

- Responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth in the assigned territory.
- Understand P&L metrics for the account and make appropriate pricing decisions with the final approval of Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Make appropriate transactional decisions beneficial to the profitability of the territory with guidance from Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive when needed.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and deliver QBR presentations.
- Conduct basic account research to identify the worth and future opportunities in the assigned territory and new customer targets. Maintain knowledge of customers within the assigned territory and build relationships at various levels.
- Maintain detailed account profiles for the territory and identify opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
- Build stable relationships internally with supporting departments such as vendor management, finance, and purchasing.
- Identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
- Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and initiate the offloading of repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.

**What We're Looking For**:

- High School Graduate

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Fluent in English
- Preference for interacting with people, displaying friendliness, outgoing nature, articulate communication, and social ease.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
- Provide courteous and timely responses with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
