Industrial Engineer

In this position the person will be in charge of managing the process to define the headcount capacity needs for Product Development Engineering network worldwide. This will require working with the Product Development organizations who will be sizing the needs per product and ensuring data analytics to compare across the products in the Manufacturing Product Engineering (MPE) network - current and legacy, as well as ability to maintain clean datasets for the workforce worldwide. Strong partnership with Finance will be needed to assure product cost is meeting the affordability targets or better.

Qualifications

? Advanced English Level: Able to work and maintain conversations and discussions with peers in other regions, on English. Including using technical terms of the Industrial Engineering field.

? Strong communication skills: job requires clear communication and information sharing with senior management and finance

? Strong data analysis and data visualization skills to drive the right decision making

? Strong problem solving and process orientation to define and set the right systems for a maximum efficiency of MPE resources

? Able to multitask and prioritize activities in a highly volatile environment

? Product development engineering and/or backend test equipment and process knowledge

? Experience in capacity planning, and/or workforce planning

? Industrial Engineering Bachelor, Lic. or Master degree; or 3+ years' experience on the Industrial Engineering field, experience in manufacturing field is preferred.
