Senior Software Developer

IBM Db2 is the cloud-native database built to power low-latency transactions and real-time analytics at scale, used by organizations in mission critical applications for over 30 years. We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to join us in modernizing and enhancing containerized Db2 for Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift. You will be working within a global team, solving technical challenges with the latest Kubernetes and Cloud technologies. As a senior developer with the Db2 containerization team, you will:Work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.Work closely with stakeholders and architects to design new features to further enhance Kubernetes operator based Db2 deployments.Lead squad members and mentor junior members in implementing, testing and delivering these features.Work with customers to resolve critical issues, and address defects.Automate testing, deployment and optimize processes using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Tekton.NAIWD24
