Key Responsibilities:
The regional Impact Analyst role is monitoring fulfillment and alignment of National Impact (goals and objectives) vis-à-vis Global Strategy (OP2030), collaborating with National Offices and Regional team. To perform monitor and to support progress, RO must organize, update and analyze data referred directly to impact.
Provide support in the facilitating for the National Office impact realization. Support Connection between Global, regional and National initiatives to make the national impact and all kind of programming more agile and efficient. Produce impact forecasting to support decision process. Provide Coordination support to Impact team (budget, staff management, etc.)
Co-coordinate administrative effectiveness to appropriate and uniform compliance in the Regional Office under the leadership of the Executive Advisory to the Regional Leader
Major Responsabilities:
Operational Support
- Analyze, advise, and act as a sounding board for regional leadership and management on organizational performance effectiveness on Impact.
- Support Impact Team Performance processes.
- Carry out additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the IMPACT-X Director, including administrative and impact functions.
Administrative Functions
- Support Impact-X leadership in team management (Budget and staff)
- Ensure the implementation by the team of organizational processes related to the effectiveness of the RO: planning, budget, and performance.
- Support the Director with internal communication of the area and follow-up on priority issues.
- Support in clarifying processes and requests from other areas.
- Capacity Building- Support capacity-building initiatives ensuring alignment with OP2030
- Analyze performance gaps and recommend interventions for increased effectiveness, synergy, and alignment
- General
- Lead and support Christian activities that enrich and develop mutual growth in Christ.
- Required Professional Experience- Experience in similar roles
- At least 2 years experience
- Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification- Degree in Economics, Business, International Affairs or Public Administration, or any related field.
- Intermediate Excel, statistical, and quantitative skills
- Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications- A proven record of collaborating with people in a cross-cultural setting
- Knowledge of the humanitarian industry and Latin American context
- Information technology & communications skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, coordination, planning, and facilitation skills

- Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement- The position requires the ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
