Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and Responsibilities- The Identity Access Management Specialist (IAM) is responsible for manual user lifecycle management for in-scope systems using multi-tier request processing and fulfillment model, management of in-scope RACF profiles and policies, administration, and ongoing enhancement of in-scope authentication services, including technologies such as CyberArk, Saviynt, OKTA or others. IAM Specialists are also responsible for the administration of access roles and policies, execution of re-certification campaigns, and management of Privileged Access Management accounts.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- +3 years of IAM experience working with OKTA (Installation, integration, and deployment in multiple environments).- OKTA Professional certification required.- Experience troubleshooting OKTA integration issues, performing Root Cause Analysis and providing fixes to complex issues.- In-depth understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID and extensive experience in integrations.- Experience working with authentication services, user lifecycle, and policy management.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in english.- Knowledge in IT SecurityPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Comptia Security+, ISC(2) SSCP, or equivalent.- +2 years of experience perfoming App Integration and OKTA deployment in a new environments.- +4 years of experience working with IAM technologies such as CyberArk, Savyint, Sailpoint, or OKTA.- OKTA Administrator or higher certification (OKTA Consultant/OKTA Developer).About Business UnitIBM Consulting is IBM's consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
