_SGF Global is looking for a Data Entry Operator, to work with multinational important client for the IT field, located in Heredia, Costa Rica:_- **Contract**: 1 year- **Salary**: 925.000 CRC- **Modality**:Hybrid (1 day of the week onsite)- **Required experience**: 3 years- **Schedule**: 8 hrs, full time, 8 am-5 pm- **Location**:Heredia, Costa Rica**Requirements**:- Must possess at least 3yrs of data entry experience.- High school diploma or equivalent.- Data entry experience or related office experience.- Advanced MS Office knowledge.- English upper B2 (written and spoken).**Functions**:- Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and deal information.- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.- Processes customer and deal source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.- Enters customer and deal data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard.- Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.- Verifies entered customer and deal data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data.- Combines data from both systems when account information is incomplete.- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data.- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.**Soft Skills**:- Organization skills.- Quick typing skills.- Attention to detail.- Computer savvy.- Confidentiality.- Thoroughness.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por contratoDuración del contrato: 12 mesesSueldo: ¢925,000.00 al mes
