**Job Purpose**:
Be a partner to the business in supporting them achieve their strategic goals and functional objectives from an HR perspective for Aviation Costa Rica and Mexico.
Serve as a liaison on HR processes for the allocated functions and in order to maintain the group's HR delivery standards.
The HRBP serves as a primary consultant to the business in areas of Change Management, Performance Management, and Talent.
**Principal Responsabilities**:
- Act as a consultant to your client groups and provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans.
- Provide valuable input and expertise to your client groups in terms of employment legislation, policies and practices
- Maintain a strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities
- Support line managers by driving a performance culture through coaching and facilitating talent panels.
- Fostering a high level culture of active leadership & employee engagement.
- Partner with the business leaders and leverage the COE to proactively identify recruitment needs and workforce planning strategy
- Ongoing communication with internal customers to drive implementation of main HR processes and achieving of business partner support
- Manage and implement HR activities across the employee life cycle consistently with COE and Shared Services as follows: Workforce Planning, Recruitment, Comp&Ben and Salary Proposals, Development, CIS, EDR Performance Mgmt, Employee Engagement, Off-boarding and Labor Relations
- Provide guidance and counsel to business leaders throughout all phases of the change management life cycle (ie structure changes and DHL cultural changes)
- Provide feedback on service levels and quality of COE and Shared Services.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related.
- Minimum of three years experience as responsible for the Human Resources area.
- Advanced English level.
- Competencies developed in leadership, teamwork, focus on achievement, strategic vision and assertive communication with the environment
