In this role, you'll play an important, strategic, and consultative part within the Talent Management team, collaborating to enhance our talent objectives for each fiscal cycle. Your expertise will fuel thought leadership, project orchestration, consultancy, and innovative design for talent processes aligned with the demands of Experian's Global, North America.

This role will also focus on our Career Development track, specifically targeting our future technical leaders to accelerate Experian's innovation. The Sr Manager - Talent Management will play an important role in designing, implementing, and managing a new graduate program in Costa Rica, ensuring its alignment with organizational goals and objectives. You will design, launch, and manage high-performing, motivated engineers who want the opportunity to develop their skills through formal experiences, social learning, and diverse on-the-job assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- People Management: Manage a team of engineers, ensuring that all team members have stretching goals, ongoing development opportunities, and regular performance reviews while ensuring an available talent pipeline to meet business and capability requirements.
- Program Development: Lead the design and development of the graduate program curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of both the organization and the participants.
- Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and training plans for program participants, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed within the organization.
- Mentorship and Development: Provide ongoing mentorship and support to program participants, guiding their professional development and facilitating opportunities for growth.
- Program Management: Manage all aspects of the graduate program, including budgeting, scheduling, and reporting on program results and impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership in the business, Talent Management, and HRBPs to ensure alignment of the program with organizational goals and priorities.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of the program.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and refine the program based on participant feedback, industry trends, and organizational needs, driving ongoing improvements and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, or equivalent blend of education and experience.
- Costa Rica office
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Development, graduate program management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in designing and implementing programs. Preferred: Experience in designing, implementing and managing early careers programs.
- Exceptional project and program management aptitude, guiding project teams with precision and insight.
- Capability to manage concurrent tasks and priorities effectively.
- Skillful balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution across all accountability realms.
- Exemplary executive presence and presentation skills, necessary for interactions with senior organizational leaders.
- Strong leadership skills, including influencing, mentoring, managing, motivating, and building relationships.
- Proficiency in consulting and collaborating with diverse HR Business Partners and Business Unit leaders.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
