Hr Shared Services Coordinator

The HR Shared Services Coordinator is part of the HR Operations team. They are front line for all employee and manager questions (how to for benefits, new hires, compensation, performance development, talent acquisition, training, references, employee records). They provide transactional & administrative support and works to drive process simplification, standardization & documentation across the company. The work is transactional in nature, scalable and repeatable with a high degree of consistency across the company.
- Managing and responding to AskHR cases in ServiceNow for all of LAC.
- Local onboarding coordination: welcoming, set up of local meetings for 2 days orientation (Asocitrix, Facilities, Mercer/Healthcare, local HR onboarding including benefits review, culture, HR services model & Q/A), add new hires in communication channels.
- Employees physical files administration: Labor contract, WFH addendum, physical signature & filling.
- Medical leaves documentation filing.
- Job changes letters, labor contract addendums completion, physical signature & filling.
- Employee Engagement Great Place to Work investments: Active member and coordination of the local ERG committees.
- Local HR Communications.
- Benefits coordination - Mercer point of contact for Healthcare Onboarding-Offboarding & Employee Queries.
- Working with external stakeholders to process terminations for LAC. Filing of Vol/Involuntary termination & ER documentation (signed hard copy required by local law in Costa Rica).
- Q/A in the local language to minimize misunderstandings.
