Responsibilities may include:
- Follow agile methodologies and adhere to technology standards, quality assurance, security, and documentation practices.
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements, provide technical guidance, estimations, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions or recommendations
- Participate in teams On-call support rotation
- Data management, transformation, and integration
**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-years proficiency with XML, REST, SOAP, JSON, JavaScript and experience with an object-oriented programming language.
- 3-years of experience performing systems analysis for IT projects
- Advanced English le
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with.NET / React development.
- Experience with Azure / Data Factory / Databricks
- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Integration Technologies
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Human Resources Managements systems knowledge
