This role will actively support the company´s Diversity and Inclusion strategy and the 4iValues culture by partnering with local and global stakeholders to develop and implement actions that seek a high level of employee engagement.
The role is responsible for managing communications within the organization itself including crafting company-wide newsletters, creating brand awareness programs and getting feedback from employees about the company's communications strategy.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Lead all local culture programs and initiatives to strengthen people engagement through the Committees Program.
- Creates and integrates a variety of activities, events, and programs aligned to the Diversity & Inclusion strategy.
- Performs responsible work coordinating, planning, and implementing cultural events, programs, and activities.
- Provide creative support for internal and external communication efforts including print publications, web sites, electronic communication, community engagement, media and video productions.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective communication program.
- Support the development and execution of the communication strategy that includes internal efforts and projects, and external branding activities.
- Support and evaluate results of communication campaigns.
- Coordinate and implement change and communication plans according to project´s needs.
- Distribute communications timely and accurately through approved communication channels. Maintain unique distribution lists/groups as needed.
- Manage incoming communication requests, providing business partners with guidance on templates, tools, and timing.
- Advise, review, and edit communications to ensure accuracy and completeness, effective messaging, adherence to style and timing standards, selection of appropriate distribution methods and alignment with company guidelines.
**Basic Requirements (essential)**
- Bachelor's degree or advance studies in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field (essential).
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and creative mindset.
