The HR Controls and Compliance specialist serves as enabler to fuel Intel's hiring of top talent by providing the best professional consultation experience for our teams and customers.
**In this position, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Primary focus will be on Privacy/Controls and Compliance matters relating to Global Talent Planning & Acquisition hiring processes and systems
- Provide sustaining consultation and customer support to include compliance requirements related to new hiring and internal contract extension processes, immigration policy, existing/new tools, and audits
- Willing to work independently as well as with a team
- Participates in process improvement projects
- Detail oriented
- Interested in global hiring compliance
- Interested in exploring process efficiencies
- Willing to work independently as well as with a team
- Communication: Develops and delivers information clearly and concisely, in a well-organized manner with expertise
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student pursuing a Licenciatura or Master´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field
- Advanced English level written and verbal
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Must be willing to work a minimum of 25 hours per week
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience or internships in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
- Tolerance of ambiguity is a desirable trait.
