**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Advanced English level written and verbal.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
- Experience with HR tools such as Workday, Service Now, or SQL.
- Proficient in MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
