**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:
Must be pursuing or has completed, a Technical or Bachelor degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field OR 1+ year of experience in lieu of a degree.
Advanced English level written and verbal.
6+ months of experience in customer service and/or contact center experience.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HR tools such as Workday Service Now SQL.
Proficient in MS office package Excel PowerPoint Outlook.
