At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong We are searching for the best talent for Hard Services Supervisor to be in Grecia, Alajuela Purpose: As a Hard Services supervisor, you will play an important role in optimizing maintainability, reliability and availability for critical assets and systems, procedures and budget in the new MedTech Campus in Costa Rica (Epsilon Project).
Responsible for ensuring best-in-class operations and practices, compliance with local regulations and J&J policies and standards, maximizing operational efficiency using tools to monitor the operation and detect in timely manner potential failures to be attended.
You will manage the contracts between J&J and the contractors responsible for performing maintenance to the utility assets.
You will be responsible for : * Works closely with engineers to determine equipment failure characteristics and makes recommendations for improvements.
* Follow and implement planned preventative maintenance procedures and guidelines.
Recommends additional repairs or corrective actions during the different TIERs.
* Guides and provides leadership to staff in work tasks.
* Work with contractors and suppliers to track performance requirements, including cost, quality, safety, and environmental, data, and reporting.
* Supports a wide variety of complex and troubleshooting tasks using root cause analysis.
Manages the documentation of all the company's critical machinery and failure prevention, such as piping and instrumentation diagrams, FMEA, etc.
* Support the administration of the Documentation System by updating documents, work instructions, files, operation records, manuals, plans of critical systems, equipment, facilities and buildings * Inspects construction and installation to ensure compliance with established codes, corporate requirements, specifications, and schedules and guidelines and provides leadership to staff on work assignments.
* Work with contractors and suppliers to track performance requirements, including cost, quality, safety, and environmental * Solid interpretation of plans, fluid handling of AutoCAD.
* >6 years of experience in critical industrial services (chilled water, purified water, compressed air, HVAC system, transformers, electrical boards and panels, variable frequency drives, control and automation) * College / University Degree in Electrical engineering / Electro - mechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering or similar.
* MBA or master's degree management / projects is preferred.
* 5 years of related experience in building management system and environmental management system * In-depth knowledge in engineering codes ANSI, NFPA, local codes.
* Project management skills, PMI or FPX Certification is a Plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong leadership skills driving operational excellence, promoting a culture of compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Certifications management, project management, or relevant technologies are a plus.
* Strong adherence to EHS requirements.
