The GPA Applications Support Manager (Full Suite Ledger support) leads the Costa Rica based FullSuite operations support team, oversees various general system operations support processes including inbound feeds monitoring, system runbook processing and monitoring, system performance and integrity validations, communications and a common support for end-users.

General operations includes:

- Lead a small FullSuite Ledger operations support team in Costa Rica, maintaining a close coordination of efforts with other shared services locations in the Philippines and India.
- Partner closely with colleagues in Technology to support the resolution of systems issues.
- Oversee the accurate, efficient, and timely processing of operations tasks (execute jobs, monitor system performance, monitor inbound feeds into the ledger and outbound feeds to downstream systems) as required.
- Support, prioritize and coordinate any project/Controls needed to mitigate identified risk, roadblocks or issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities, process risks, gaps or any help needed. Promote the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of the service provided.
- Maintain an efficient, direct and timely communication with direct manager, team members and partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, computer science, IT or equivalent experience.
- 5 years experience in Financial Services or Shared Services work environment preferred.
- Full term of required experience must include participation in financial systems implementations and financial close month-end activities; exposure to financial data warehouse operations, financial and regulatory reporting, and wholesale and retail financial products.
- Technical understanding of data bases, data warehousing, and reporting software in order to effectively work with technology partners
- Proficient in English is a must.
