**Position Overview**:
We are searching for a detail-oriented and resourceful Global Recognition Analyst to become a value member of our Global Recognition team. In this role you will play an essential part in monitoring and maintaining the administration of the company's global recognition programs for employees around the globe. This role will work closely with Vendors, Total Rewards, SBPs, Managers and employees to support and ensure the successful execution of our company's recognition programs and initiatives.
**Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve program issues and escalations.
- Assist with client consultation to educate, address plan eligibility requirements, and assess tailored options.
- Manage the custom program request and approval process as well as the On-the-Spot card orders via the app providing guidance to our clients as needed.
- Review and approve the monthly and quarterly budget load files and conduct participant file audits.
- Assist in the development and updating of recognition program materials, such as training guides and communications.
- Ensure the communication channels (Connect, employee service centers, HR) are kept up to date of changes in plans and programs, processes, and tools.
- Act as liaison between the vendor and the company's HRIS team facilitating the updating and processing of file feeds.
- Support the deployment of new recognition initiatives, including system configuration, employee training, and documentation.
- Compile data and generate reports on program utilization for clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain internal documentation of the recognition program procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and documented.
- Provide back-up and support to baseline operational activities for the North America Compensation Administration team.
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
**Related Work Experience**:
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Advanced English Level
**Functional Skills**:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong attention to detail, writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of data analysis methods, including the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Ability to review and interpret plan documents and design, including knowledge of eligibility issues
- Vendor management experience a plus
