**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
BCG Nexus Costa Rica is an exciting new office that executes best-in-class operations, serving the broader BCG business. Nexus Costa Rica is a hub for regional and global functional teams that are co-located in a dynamic and engaging space, enabling team members to connect with and serve our BCG and client customer base. These diverse business services teams currently cover functions such as administrative support, visual services, talent acquisition, and IT. Due to the success of current teams, we are excited to begin building a HR Shared Services center.
**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional customer service, addressing their needs promptly and professionally, within defined service level agreements (SLA's)
- Build excellent working relationships with Business Leaders, HR teams, employees and key stakeholders
- Maintain and update the HR database & HR systems for 100% accurate employee records
- Manage delivery of assigned tasks and queries within scope of personal and team workload and agreed handoffs
- Provide data for HR reporting needs across geo specific countries
- Understanding, supporting, and complying with geo specific HR policies and practices
- Actively participating in the broader HR community including regional/global initiatives and projects
- Outstanding customer focus and the ability to manage customer requirements through a partnership approach
- Willingness to own tasks and the resilience to work through issues to conclusion, maintaining energy and motivation
- Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure timely and professional delivery
**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:
2+ yrs of HR experience, preferably at a high touch environment with professional staff
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word skills; Workday experience a plus
Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through is a must; performs tasks with high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to meet operate within strict time constraints
Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
Ability to manage distinct priorities and work effectively in an ambitious, engaging, fast
- paced environment
Recognize and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
