Role Summary
You will be responsible for driving HR operations best practice globally, partnering regional HR Coordinators in delivering an efficient HR operations service, focussing on achieving a high level of customer service, supporting managers & employees, and resolving queries throughout the employee lifecycle.
This role requires an experienced HR Analyst to create, implement and routinely update Global HR reporting and analytics.
The role is responsible for providing the Global HR lead and the HR Leadership with monthly and quarterly global analytics that are integral to the management information which is used for shaping and delivering our strategy.
**Scope**: partners the Global HR Lead to provide coordination and analytic standards and reports globally for our JLL-Amazon GREF account team (c. 2,500 FTE across 58 countries, delivering multiple services).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Deliver an integrated, pragmatic HR service, using consistent, innovative and streamlined global ways of working through clearly articulated policies, processes and accurate data.
Partnering the Global HR lead, Regional HR Leads and the Regional HR Coordinators, own and maintain the Global headcount tracking information (including weekly and monthly starter, leaver, changes) - find innovative ways to automate the collation and maintenance of c. 2,500 FTE data worldwide.
Ultimately own the Global headcount data, ensuring accuracy and assuring this is fit for reporting and business purposes at all times.
Partnering the Global HR lead, Regional HR Leads and the Regional HR Coordinators, lead and maintain key analytics with monthly trend analysis, e.g.
the Global diversity and inclusion reporting; global reward and recognition awards, client phone tool and other headcount audits as required.
Support the implementation of background screening checks and tracking across the world, partnering the HR Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Coordinators in each region to meet compliance and avoid non-conformities.
Where required, create new report formats which are user-friendly for the stakeholders involved
Partner with the HR and Learning & Development teams to drive experience focused, consistent onboarding processes, procedures and managers handbooks.
Partner the Global HR Lead and wider HR operations team day-to-day to provide accurate data and analytics that help deliver our people strategy and business objectives
Collate weekly new starters and onboarding requirements from the regional HR Coordinators, in collaboration with the talent acquisition team and payroll
Collate weekly off-board report and audit off-boarding to ensure compliance has been achieved
Partner regional HR coordinators and HR teams to provide training, manager guides and communications related to offboarding process - driving compliance and management ownership
Lead adhoc and routine headcount and off-board audits to meet client requirements.
Always maintain excellent filing procedures, with a key focus on data accuracy, global collaboration across the HR coordination team and adherence to policies.
Design appropriate initiatives and deliver project work as agreed with the Global HR Lead
