**You will help Intel with the following, but not limited to**:
- Executing weekly payment runs, overpayment refunds, Citi payments, CONVERA support accounting open items and payment files maintenances.
- Customer support through Service Now L2 tickets and generic accounts.
- Support issues with a low complexity within the expense pay program.
- Support process improvement efforts and quality initiatives such as BPM, EVDs/Non-EVDs, collaborate on root cause analisys (A3).
- Document new processes and maintains DTPs in line with operational delivery.
- Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management skills

**Qualifications**
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Must be an active student of, or must possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related field
- 1+ years of relevant work experience
- Advanced English level
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
