The General Accountant is a results-oriented professional with validated experience working with the full accounting cycle and compliance report for local and corporate purposes.
You will be working with our international affiliates and local team to prepare compliance reports required by local regulators and support the accounting process to achieve monthly deadlines.
**What you'll do**
- Review general ledger accounts (amortizations, prepaids, accruals, intercompany, cash transactions, etc) to prepare monthly required reports
- Analyze accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements and reports
- Support with internal and external audit reviews
- Maintain the appropriate internal accounting controls and facilitate accounting policy administration
- Prepare reports related to expense activity
- Performing month-end close activities, timely and accurately, ensuring proper financial records
- Evaluate processes and controls for effective operation and recommend and implement improvements
**What experience you need**
- B2 English level
- 3 years university student or graduate in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy, Finances or similar careers
- 3 years experience with the full accounting cycle, audit or compliance consultant
- 3 years experience with Excel or Google Sheets
