**Responsibilities**:
- Support in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of process
- and risk-oriented audits in an international environment, with a consultative approach. This includes:
- Carry out financial and business process analyses regarding effectiveness, efficiency, compliance, and adequacy of internal controls.-
- Communicate and present audit results.-
- Support in the analysis and optimization of internal and administrative processes.- Support special investigations.- Support in providing advisory services.- Interact Internally with all management levels of COA and other Corporate Functions and externally with Business Groups and companies of the Freudenberg Group, as well as external auditors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years job experience as Auditor- University degree preferably in either of the streams, e.g. - Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related experience- Practical experience in the context of relevant internships and/or work experience is a plus- Relevant certificate is a plus- Basic understanding of internal auditing theory and practice- Basic understanding of systems and processes along a company's value chain- Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS, U.S. GAAP, etc) is a plus- Basic understanding of IT systems (preferably SAP) and data analysis- Good MS Office skills- Fluency in English ~ 90% (oral, written & comprehension) Additional language skills are desirable- High attention to details and good analytical and conceptual skills, good communication skills (verbally and in writing) and positive attidue to learn diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others- Open-minded to work within intercultural teams (incl. knowledge sharing)- Resilience to work in an ambiguous environment- Prepared to travel globally up to approx. 25% of working time
