The Planning & Forecasting Manager for US&NA (FP&A Lead) will be responsible for the performance of the team supporting USA LOC Finance Team and North America Finance by leading the Annual Plan process, monthly Forecast (CMF) processes, Monthly Performance Review call preparations, Month-end commentary coordination and other corporate deliverables. This role will be also responsible to coordinate, supervise, consolidate financial forecasting information of US and NA.
Key Responsibilities- Work with US Finance Leadership Team and with other Hub team members (in charge for respective parts of P&L) to consolidate and finalize Forecasting and Planning exercises.
- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models to provide detailed monthly forecasts and Plan details.
- Prepare, align, and communicate calendars related with planning and forecasting activities.
- Compare and comment on forecasts against budgets, prior month forecasts, actuals vs Budget and Forecast.
- Preparing internal management reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making.
- Support the Monthly MPR process (presentation preparation and follow-ups).
- Completing ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the Finance Director.
- Manage the team of 2 direct reports and ensure their engagement and development.
- Encourage a one finance team sense of belonging from different geographies.

- Basic Qualifications:
- We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial controlling, and analysis preferably gathered in a corporate environment in a multinational company.
- Strong Microsoft Office Excel expertise
- High proficiency in English is required.
- Knowledge of SAP and preferably BISON.-
